Great stay at Top of the World. Perfect ski-out location with lift tickets available right in the lobby and a nice bar downstairs. The host was super responsive and everything was exactly as described.

I needed a quick New Years getaway with my pet—So I found this amazing place! Gia was responsive, kind, and everything was as described. The house is quaint, close to great restaurants, and the beach is a skip over the dunes! There’s so much to do in this location; thank you, Gia! Kiki and I will return soon!

This was one of the most beautiful settings for an air bnb that I’ve ever stayed at! The views were incredible. We loved watching the sunset over the sound every night and the birds in the morning. The house was very cozy and just as described.

We had a beautiful and cozy getaway at Gia’s place for Thanksgiving. The apartment was incredibly clean and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools we needed. The private beach access right across the street was amazing! The beds and couch were super comfortable and clean. Our dog especially loved napping on the soft living room rug. Gia was an awesome host, with plenty of detailed directions and great local recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

Gia was an excellent host! Sandy Paws was in the perfect location, right next to the sound with great walking paths and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for our dog, and the tall fence in the backyard was a bonus! The house came stocked with everything we needed, and Gia was quick to respond when messaging.

Gia and the love boat boat made our anniversary trip so seamless & memorable. We even ended up adopting a whale shark for the occasion (and for obvious reasons). The boat was easy to find, the bed was super cozy. All around well worth the 7 hour drive!

We were in town for the Oyster Fest. This location was perfect and convenient. It was a wonderful place to come back to after walking around all day and being in a crowd. This home provided warmth, views and all the accommodations you would need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. To entertain within with games, cornhole and a firepit. They had kayaks for a blissful paddle on a quiet part of the water. The home was well stalked with toiletries, kitchen supplies and washer and dryer needs. The home was very clean with plenty of room and chairs for gatherings. The host was responsive and informative. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time. Gia was so sweet and very responsive. She provided fantastic recommendations for the area. Her home was lovely. If you are looking for a vintage feel, like old school beach vibe, but with a modern touch, her home is it. We absolutely felt at home. We are already planning a family vacation to rent the whole property. Gia's home is our new home away from home when we visit OBX.
